Accudemia - Feature Requests

We just need a basic report to show our attendance snapshot of who came to visit our center- grad vs ug and either in person or virtual.

Please add a attendance summary report by coach that features a table with two columns, one with coach names and one with attendance count.

Having the auto-refresh paused after 15 minutes is irritating. I monitor my centers' activity so I am often not doing anything on the page but I am watching the activity. It would be helpful if I could at least set the time before the auto-refresh is paused. Or have the refresh like it was so it is continually refreshing.

We often need to contact students/testers. Can either the phone # or ID # be included on the Session Logs page under the student/tester name?

Our college has several learning centers using Accudemia. Each has unique needs and ways in which they operate. Therefore, each center needs to control the number of services allowed to be selected at sign-in. This is currently a college-level control and thus this has to be uniform for all centers. However, some centers would prefer to limit this to only one service, others want to allow students to select multiple services.

I would like to be able to filter session logs by a time block (i.e. 10 am to 12 pm). I have to edit logs for specific events but I don't want to add a session if that student was already signed in, and I have to do this for multiple students at the time so searching their name one by one is tedious. Even if I filter by subject area and day I may end up scrolling through dozens of session since those same students are in and out all day long.

In the Dropbox service, I would like to disable the assign tutor box for students. Tutors should be able to assign themselves when they are on shift.

It would help to have the Group Selection added to Session Logs, for backlogging, when keeping track of Athletics study hall hours. Please add Group Selection to Session Logs.

On our webpage, students clicking the link are met with the message noting their "session has expired" and prompts them to log in. This is somewhat of a barrier where people don’t continue to log in. Is it possible for this wording to be changed to say something other than their session has expired and instead note a welcoming message that prompts them to log in

It is irritating to have a pop up every fifteen minutes of inactivity. We would like to request a way to turn off or extend the timing of the auto-refresh.
