Create a Student Management view-only role that allows staff to use the Student Engagement Tracker without the ability to delete or modify student enrollment data.

Please consider a way to make it impossible for students to schedule in the middle of an already existing appointment. For example, if a tutor has her availability set to 3 students, and one student has already scheduled from 3-4 PM. Prevent a second or third student from scheduling at 2:30 - 3:30 or 3:30 - 4:30 and thereby overlap the existing appointment.

This report shows the most information for appointments scheduled, including who scheduled, the role of the user, etc. which makes is very easy to filter...but it doesn't not contain any notes that are tied to specific appointments. Is it possible to include notes (or have an option to include notes), on this report?

We have it set up for faculty to submit referrals for students. Faculty have expressed concern for submitted referrals for students who do not have unique names - the only info that shows up when they search for student is their name. They asked if there is a way to show ID number or only show students that are enrolled in their courses to prevent referrals being submitted for the wrong student.

We don't have a scanning system, so we are using manual data entry. We need a way to edit logs that are already created or add logs that users forgot to enter.

Having the auto-refresh paused after 15 minutes is irritating. I monitor my centers' activity so I am often not doing anything on the page but I am watching the activity. It would be helpful if I could at least set the time before the auto-refresh is paused. Or have the refresh like it was so it is continually refreshing.

We are having Tutors accidentally connect to the O365 Integration and not showing up as available for appointments. Please allow us as admin to disable this feature account wide.

Currently "showed up" and "scheduled" are both green. Changing "scheduled" to a different color (like blue) would make the difference between "showed up", "scheduled", and "no show" more distinct at a glance.

-Add the ability to delete media checkout logs in Accudemia. -Add the time items are due back instead of just the date. -Format student names in the Media Checkout Histories report the same way as other reports. Currently listed as "first name last name" while all other reports list students' names as "last name, first name," making the combination of media checkouts and tutor reports more difficult than necessary. -Add student IDs to the media checkout reports.

The ability to remove templates would be valuable. Currently if a template is tied to a campaign, it can't be removed and leaves the template list somewhat unruly.
