For our students, we have tutoring appointment reminders through Email Templates. The current system allows us to give that student's specific tutor information like Email, Name, etc., but we have tutors in multiple offices around campus. If we have a Key Field under Tutor Info in the Email Templates that was Location (or even like Custom Field 1 that we could co-opt as Location), then we could give the student that tutor's specific building and room on campus. It'd be really helpful.

This is not a common need as tutors usually work at the tutoring center and not at multiple offices around the campus. As a result, this would not be a feature that can be added to Accudemia.
The good news is that there is a plan to add a "one line tag" to the tutor that will appear next to their name in the appointment scheduler. This could be used to show text like "Spanish Speaking", "CRLA Certified", etc. In your case, you might use this tag to show the tutor's office location. This would work best if the location is fairly stable.
If the location changes frequently, then you'd need to a more dynamic system for tracking it. For example, you can set up a live webpage (or even something as simple as a Google Doc) that shows the daily location of each staff member. You would then reference the URL of this webpage in your appointment email confirmation and reminders and instruct the student to visit this webpage the day of their appointment to find the location of their tutor.

Having another Key Field here next to Tutor that links to the Tutor's user account would be great. That way we can add their specific room & building number in the Tutor's user account and it'll get linked in the Email Templates interface.
