For our students, we have tutoring appointment reminders through Email Templates. The current system allows us to give that student's specific tutor information like Email, Name, etc., but we have tutors in multiple offices around campus. If we have a Key Field under Tutor Info in the Email Templates that was Location (or even like Custom Field 1 that we could co-opt as Location), then we could give the student that tutor's specific building and room on campus. It'd be really helpful.
