When we need to edit/enter a tester's time out because they did not sign-out, can we enter their time out instead of calculating how many minutes they were in the testing center?

Currently Appointments has a month, and Session Logs has the last 7 days. Staff who manage an active center have to change those to Today repeatedly. Wouldn't Today be a better default for this very important Use Case?

We often need to contact students/testers. Can either the phone # or ID # be included on the Session Logs page under the student/tester name?

Add a specific class-level option to walk-in session logs. We would like our students' session logs to be tied to their specific class rather than simply to an overall course or subject area. Class Short Name would work well for this. We would like this to also be tied to their instructor so that the instructor of a class could pull up session logs from students in their class without the student having to select their instructor during the kiosk check-in process.

Add options to view the Session Logs that Tutors have "not completed the assessment" or "have completed it". This would help without having to run the report.

The current Service filter on the Session Logs screen only allows typing in one service to filter results. We would like to see the Service filter allow selecting or excluding multiple services. Some of our tutors work with multiple services, and we have services like study table that we would like to exclude from view sometimes.

Our tutors are often creating session logs with students from multiple course sections, for example, a tutor may hold a group session for English 101, but students who are in different sections of ENG101 with different instructors and CRNs attend. But a tutor can only use the "pick students from class" feature once - if you try to use it again, it erases the previously selected students.
