Accudemia - Feature Requests

Under the location option add in an option to select services also. I know there is an option by service in the report but it just lumps them into a total. If they could be selected with the location then the numbers for By week By day of the week By day and hour of the week By hour and day of the week could be filtered for services that are no longer offered to compare to current offerings.

Add courses to the wait time report so we can see which courses need more support and be able to respond quickly to the need.

Add a report that can check if tutors have, or do not have, their Zoom Integration activated.

Please allow students to either filter services or group by service in their My Center Attendance report.

It would be helpful if more reports included options to add service and CRN filters.

The Attendance Summary report has exactly the information we need for each course (# of unique students and total visits), but we can only filter by location. Our location has multiple services that support the same courses, and we'd like to be able to look at data separately for each service.

I'd like to be able to see all interaction for a student together in one report. I know I can currently run a report for all walk-in and appointment interactions, but I'd like to also see use of the assignment feedback without appointment (what we've named our support tickets) included in there as well.

For the report "Appointments - Comments" you should be able to filter by course so you can create a report for an instructor and they could see the appointments with comments for all their students. Also it would be nice for the report to be called "Appointments - Notes" as this matches the "Notes" language from the appointment information.

Need to add Student ID numbers to Survey Completions report to allow IR Department to compare data in our SIS system that is not uploaded to Accudemia.

Could you please create a report with the profile values included similar to the attendance by tutor report?
