I think you all should add user role groups rather than the current templates format you have now. Yearly, we audit our system users for the specific center we support. However, there are around 4-5 centers in our Accudemia environment and there is no way to pull ONLY the users scoped down to the specific center we need. So my enhancement request would be to create role groups that we can place users into so that when I do my reports, I can pull all users within the role group "MCC - Admins" which will give me that user list. Currently, there are no labels or anything that I can report on to pull this list. Right now, I have to pull all system users in the application, then go through each row and determine if they are a part of the Multicultural Center or not. This is very time consuming. Another plus to doing roles and permissions like I outlined above is when I want to add a new permission to everyone that is the role "MCC - Admin" I can simply go to the role, add the permission, and then ever user within this role group now also has that permission. The CURRENT way of doing this is a new permission comes out that MCC Admins need > I go into Accudemia > find the role group template > add the permission to the template > then I have to go to every user record that needs the MCC Admin template and reassign them the template. This is very inefficient and is VERY time consuming because not only do I have to go apply the template again, I have to search for the specific users who need the template which can take a while as well.
