This report shows the most information for appointments scheduled, including who scheduled, the role of the user, etc. which makes is very easy to filter...but it doesn't not contain any notes that are tied to specific appointments. Is it possible to include notes (or have an option to include notes), on this report?

Hello. This report is mostly for troubleshooting appointment issues! The report helps answer questions like: who scheduled this appointment? Who changed the appointment time? How did this appointment get canceled? etc.
This information is useful especially when a user suspects that Accudemia somehow changed or canceled their appointment, or wonder why it allowed the student to schedule a time the tutor is not available! This report usually answers these questions and clears up any doubts regarding the appointment scheduling process.
Because the report notes are not usually relevant to this type of investigation, they are not show in this report.
