I'd love to see a report that shows all ways the student interacted with a center, including tickets (which we call Feedback with no Appointment). Right now, the only way to view those tickets is with their own report, but we use that feature to give students asynchronous feedback on their writing (as compared to appointments, drop-ins, and workshops, the other services we provide that can be compiled together into one report). I currently print separate reports and then combine them together (and then combine that with data from Canvas, our LMS), so having Accudemia run that data together would save me some steps in my data collection.
