I’d like to propose a feature enhancement for the "My Attendance Report" to include Subject Area, Location, and Service filters—similar to what’s available in the "Attendance by Student" report.
To provide some context: students who are enrolled in multiple courses often request attendance reports broken down by specific class or instructor. Currently, only admins have the ability to filter and generate these detailed reports.
By adding these filters to the student-facing report, students would be able to:
  • View their hours for a specific course or activity,
  • Generate their own reports at any point in the semester,
  • Reduce reliance on staff for this information.
This change would empower students to access their own data more efficiently while also easing the administrative workload.
