Select multiple locations at Kiosk

Our institution has multiple locations within a single suite and requires students to sign in to multiple areas without needing separate sign-in stations. The need is to create a sign-in station with a drop-down feature to choose which center to sign in to.

If your location is large enough with segregated service spaces (e.g. Writing Location, Math Location, Advising Location), then we'd recommend setting up a sign-in station at each location. This does not need to be an elaborate sign-in station that takes up space. Rather, you can use an iPad on a tabletop, a stand, or even mounted on the wall. The iPad should be running the AccuKiosk app, which will transform your iPad to a compact and beautiful looking sign-in station. AccuKiosk is free to use for all Accudemia regular license holders, so there is no additional costs for this.

Another possibility is to use a QR code for students to scan using their Accudemia app. This will enable the students to sign in and out on their device instead of using a dedicated sign-in station!
