In the student attendance summary (and possibly in the session logs area) provide a view of the total number of hours the user visits the center. Usage: students in the fitness center need to reach 51 positive attendance hours to complete the course. They can't easily add up the total for 10+ visits. If the total number of hours/minutes is available, they can view progress. This will also aid staff to view at a glance for individuals, without having to run a report each time.

The Accudemia Student app allows them to see a summary of all their hours now! Download it today to check it out:

If you have not implemented that app yet or want an alternative then they can pull a report when they login to the web portal too.

Nick Armstrong Hi Nick - So glad this has been implemented! Thank you and the team for making that happen!
We have seen the results in the report portal, but a student using the app on an android device (just downloaded the current app) couldn't view session logs/visits and couldn't view reports from the app. I also looked to verify it. Maybe it's just an Android vs iPhone issue?

Linda Hucks - The apps should function the same on either marketplace. If you are not seeing an "Detailed Attendance Summary" report in the app for the student (who has visits/session logs), then send these screenshots of the Accudemia app to support@accudemia.com for help. You do have to allow students to view their own session logs in the Administration > Control Panel > User Accounts settings for them to see their visits.

I agree. We need this same functionality for our students in our learning center. They are required to log 30 hours per semester for their course. It would be a big help if they could see their semester total without running a report.
