Sign-in capabilities between semesters/terms

We are open throughout term breaks and have students using our center for various uses. It would be helpful if we can sign them in through Accudemia to track off-term usage. We also do new employee training between terms and are unable to fully train in Accudemia when some functions (sign-in stations) are not working.

We use Accudemia for advising appointments as well, and we modified the term dates to account for the time in between terms. So for example, fall semester starts the day after summer ends and goes until the last day before winter break rather than the actual dates of the fall semester.
