For my center, we have space for two concurrent appointments even if we have multiple coaches available. Having an automated block of availability for when 2 appointments occurring during the same time will avoid needing to manually block off availability for specific coaches when we notice there is already an overlap during a particular time. Ex- Juliana, Wyatt, Kevin, and Sandy are all available Tuesday 2-5pm. If Juliana and Wyatt each get an appointment from 2-2:45, we currently need to manually remove availability for Kevin and Sandy from 2-2:45. When sometimes we have a large number of appointments scheduled at the same time due to a marketing promotion with our signup link, if someone is not available when those signups start occurring we are in a situation with more appointments being scheduled than we have space available to field the appointments.
