In the tutor schedule module, add drop-in as an option

On the tutor schedule, in "Event Information", the "Scheduled As" drop-down menu should include a drop-in option that will display for students as a non-reservable tutoring option.

Drop-in only services can be made in Accudemia. But I think that having the student choose the "modality" first when setting an appointment may help with this issue.
